Spiral Dance and Oulder Hill Community School present a community dance showcase celebrating the upcoming 2012 Olympics and Paralympics!

The Dance Meets Sport Showcase is a partnership showcase between Spiral Dance and Oulder Hill Community School.

"Dance meets Sport!" is a community dance showcase celebrating the upcoming 2012 Olympics and Paralympics.

Dance groups from across the borough will be performing their creative dance ideas themed around the Cultural Olympiad.

The showcase provides a platform to exhibit the variety of dance happening across the borough of Rochdale, within the community, education and private dance schools. We also have some visiting companies from the boroughs of Oldham and Bury. The showcase celebrates the diversity of dance by exhibiting a variety of dance styles. It aims to include all ages and abilities to explore who can dance, why people dance and what dance is.

The show will be a lovely evening out for the whole family to enjoy!
